You are required to input your private information only one time

It's not necessary to provide your private information every time you attend meetings.

Useful 'My Page' function is provided

You can edit your private information and view the history of your attendance to our meetings.

The registration process at our meeting will run smoothly

We will keep your name card at the registration desk
You will be able to enter the session halls and rooms without waiting for regular on-site registration process.

(Please note that we can send name cards to the attendees who live in Japan only.)

We recommend that you register and pay the registration fee in advance in order to avoid expected on-site over crowdedness soon after it opens.

Frequently asked questions

• QCan I complete the pre-participation registration for your meetings without first completing the member registration?

  You will be required to complete the member registration prior to the event registration when you use Heartmeetongs+ for the first time.
  Once you became a member, you are able to advance the event registration without entering detailed personal information each time.

• QWhat should I do if I forget my membership ID (registered e-mail address)?

  Please contact our operating company (heartmeetings-plus@uproses.co.jp ) by email.

• QHow can I confirm or edit my registered contents?

  You can confirm and edit your registered contents by visiting the 'My Page'.

• QWhich meeting can I register on Heartmeetings+?

  CCT CTO Club meetings

• QDo you accept changes to the category of attendee, cancellation and refund?

  We do not accept cancellation and refund.
  We accept changes to the category of attendee. (Please note that we are not able to refund the balance for that.)

• QDo you accept credit card payment only? Will you issue a receipt?

  We accept credit card payment only for advance registration.
  We may accept wire transfer and other payments. It depends on the meeting. Please contact us for details.

• QCan I make a group registration? If possible, please tell me how to apply for it.

  You are able to access 'Poxy purchasing' page from 'Event payment' page.
  Please enter details of each attendee from 'My Page' after registration fee payment.

• QHow is my registered private information used?

  Please check "privacy policy" at the bottom of this page.

• QWhat are the requirements for using the website system?

  The recommended browser environment is Microsoft Edge (latest version), Google Chrome (latest version), Safari (latest version), iOS Safari (latest version), and Android Chrome (latest version).
  It is necessary to enable cookies and JavaScript in the browser settings. Even if you have the above-mentioned environment, there may be cases where you cannot use the service depending on your connection environment, such as when accessing through a proxy server.

• QIs transmission data on Heartmeetings.com encrypted?

  We use a SSL server certificate on our website in order to encrypt data during transmission and prove our identity.
